110 reasons to use Diversity Management in your company

These days, diversity is at the centre of business culture. But does it have the power to stay, or will it disappear like so many other short lived business strategies? In other words, is the term merely a trend or is it in fact a useful tool?

A recent study by the Danish Agency for Science Technology and Innovation shows that companies utilising diversity become more innovative and as a result more productive. The report shows that if a company for instance employs more women, the innovation level can be raised by 110 pct. - right there giving you 110 good reasons to focus on diversity!

Along the same lines, a company increases the prospects of innovation by 30 pct. if employing people with different nationalities. Therefore, diversity can place your company at the forefront of other companies and it is certainly a tendency that is here for the long run.
