The workplace

At Lingtech, we work in small teams, each with a high degree of independence. Tasks are shared internally within each team. Our employees organise their own workdays and bear the responsibility for completing the tasks they need to get done.

We have an open, informal working atmosphere and hold weekly information-meetings for all personnel.
