Ann Charlotte Norin

Our CEO Ann Charlotte Norin has more than 17 years experience with sales, strategic development and general management from the IT sector and related sectors, primarily in Scandinavia. Ann Charlotte grew up in Sweden but has lived in Denmark since 1990 and is bilingual in Danish and Swedish.

Ann Charlotte's last position was as CEO at Panther Applications and has previously worked as Country Manager for Computer Associates (2005-2006), Country Manager Denmark, Finland and Norway for Veritas Software (1999-2005), Business Unit Manager / Strategic Alliance Manager for CMA/Ementor, Strategic Alliance Manager for Compaq (1996-1997), Distribution Manager for Agfa-Gevaert in Denmark and Norway (1992-1996) and Account Manager for Canon Svenska (1988-1989). Ann Charlotte has studied at the Stockholm School of Economics

Morten Esmann

Morten Esmann is the head of our IT and language-technology department. Morten has, as a trainer, consultant and project manager, worked with competence development and change management in the IT sector since the mid- 90’s. For seven years, he worked as an independent consultant on both large and small training and innovation projects for several of Denmark's leading companies and organisations. Morten has the overall responsibility for IT at Lingtech but also for ensuring that Lingtech remains on the cutting edge of technological developments.

Morten is a trained computer scientist, graduating from the Aarhus Business College in 1993. Since then, he has earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Science) from Niels Brock (2001) as well as a Masters in Adult Education and Human Resources from the University of Aarhus School of Education (2005). Before joining Lingtech, Morten worked for Erik Mainz A/S (1996-1997), Grafisoft (1997-2001) and his own company (2001-2007). Morten was hired by Lingtech in June 2007.

Marianne Frandsen

Marianne Frandsen, head of Language Services. Before joining Lingtech, Marianne worked for five years as a translator/project manager with Plougmann & Vingtoft A/S.

Marianne grew up in Sweden and is bilingual in Swedish and Danish. She has lived for long periods of time in England and Greece. Marianne holds a BA in Business Language (English and German) and a Cand.ling.merc.in English from Copenhagen Business School.
