Expatriation courses

A course consists of both practical exercises and theory. We always work with the following themes:

• Understanding your own culture and using it as a way to understand the other.
• Culture shock - how to prepare for it and how to survive it.
• "Do's and don'ts": practical information about your first experience abroad.

Our courses are led jointly by a culture specialist and a country specialist. The country specialist always has a background in both countries and knowledge of the language, culture and living conditions in the foreign country.

We work closely with you to tailor a workshop specifically suited to your employees. It is always based on who is to be stationed abroad and on previous experience.

Things often move very quickly in the weeks before leaving for a stationing abroad, but our experience and our network of country specialists makes it possible for us to set up courses very quickly.

A holistic approach

People sometimes forget that an employee often is not alone when stationed abroad but that he or she may be accompanied by a spouse and children, who are greatly affected by the experience.
