The project manager selects the right translator and proofreader for the task, ensures deadlines are adhered to and that feedback is both heard and taken into consideration. Our group of project managers come from five different countries and speak a total of 10 languages. This guarantees that, for essentially all translations, we are able to carry out an internal quality-check of your translation.
We believe that each customer should have just one regular project manager. Your project manager thus becomes familiar with you and your business, which in turn ensures that terminology work and quality assurance are carried out by a person who knows you, your needs, your expectations and your business.
