Cross-national Management
Anyone who has worked with subsidiaries or parent companies in other countries knows the situation. If you have ever had a boss, a colleague or an employee of another nationality, you know it too. It can be incredibly difficult to harmonise your expectations towards each other, to achieve a common view of how you should work together - indeed, to understand each other in general. You can waste a lot of resources in frustration over each other's differences.
Lingtech provides consultancy services and courses in Cross-national Management -because expectations towards a good boss, as well as to working hours, goals and procedures, can be very different in different countries. And because people are not necessarily motivated by the same things all over the world. Surveys show that cross-national teams can create the very best performance -but this requires that we learn to see each other's differences as a strength.
