The workplace

As a workplace, Lingtech is a company that provides space for the individual members of staff to develop as specialists. All of our working practices and procedures are aimed at bringing our combined skills to bear to solve our customers' cross-national tasks.

Regular staff development interviews are held at which we discuss the wishes of our employees with respect to training and the distribution of tasks. We have an open and informal working climate, and hold weekly information meetings for all staff. Lingtech offers attractive health insurance benefits to its staff, including a generous pension scheme and good insurance coverage, hospital insurance, etc. We do a great deal to encourage the community spirit in our company, by, for example, participating in sporting events or undertaking joint trips to the capitals of Europe.
